[Texas has taken to sleeping later since sharing his feelings with CSA. He doesn't want to leave the nation by himself, and especially not when he needs Texas there. Even if it's to keep him warm
( ... )
[ At least Hookeracy's as much of a human radiator as CSA is. Except he also has the same sleeping pattern, meaning he's sleeping like a dead thing until past noon.
When he does finally start to wake up, he honestly just assumes Logan decided to surprise him. After all, the list of people Hookeracy can think of being in his bed is rather short while in Hammerspace.
He yawns widely, blinking his eyes open. At which point he realizes this isn't Amarillo.
He can't help his immediate, startled reaction, suddenly jolting up in the bed. Of course, it's not until after he reacts he realizes....Texas? ]
...why are ya in my bed...?
[ Nope, hasn't realized he's no longer in his room. Give him a few more minutes. ]
[Hello- Hookeracy is awake. That jolt upward is more than enough to make Texas fully alert. He stretches and then sits up as well, though in a much more relaxed manner.]
[The difficulty with having Hookeracy for company is that Texas likes to get up early and Hookeracy sleeps in. Texas is patient for his friends though, there are plenty of things to occupy himself with until Hookeracy's internal alarm goes off at about two in the afternoon, give or take. He's busying himself in the area around Hookeracy's club, snacking, watching television, sending a few e-mails...
Texas walks by and stands next to the door every once in a while, to listen for any signs of stirring from his friend. He won't bother him right away, of course, but geez... Hookeracy does like to sleep, doesn't he...]
[ Hookeracy still stays up all night. He has to make up for the lost sleep somehow, even if it means camping out in the bed until two.
Of course, Texas will know when CSA does wake, because there's a startled shout and the dull thud of CSA hitting the floor in a tangle of sheets. He can only assume this is the house's fault, but gods, he doesn't even recognize this room. ]
[ By the time Texas gets to the bedroom, CSA's just about got his legs untangled from the sheets and stands, giving an irritated huff as he looks towards the other. ]
Care ta explain what's goin' on here? It's too early for this.
[ ...ignoring the fact it's probably two in the afternoon-- ]

Shouting. And it sounds like Hookeracy.
The state bolts for the door of the club. He forgoes the knob or lock entirely and just rams his shoulder into it, throwing it open.]
Chief?!
[Then, to the bedroom. He bangs on the door with a fist.]
Hang on, I'm-
[Texas throws open that door and... CSA.
...
He just sort of stands there, half way in the door, slack jawed and confused.]
