I apologize for things that weren't as they should've been this phase and I promise that - at least on my end, I can't make promises on ElJay's behalf but hopefully things will go more smoothly from now on - those are all issues of the past and will not be repeated in phases to come.
An entry for feedback and a poll for staying & leaving & team switching and everything else will be up next week, with enough time for everything to be sorted out before phase 3 starts on November 10th.
