He could park it on the other side of Irving, the part that UD doesn't own. I'd think that would be pretty safe. He could also consider the student neighborhood. I don't think they ticket during the weeks, but what do I know? I live in a dorm :P

yeah... the one thing about parking NE of Marycrest... the residents hate it... for some reason they have a major problem with people parking on their street... and instead of taking it up with the city... they retaliate.
