There went my new computer...

Well, this hasn't been a great summer's end. Awhile a go, my desktop computer (Linux) died. Granted, it was 7 years old and had been moved twice, so it wasn't all that unexpected. Yes they do. Glad you made it home safe. Remember all the "fun"; and I use that term lightly; we use to have with my '63 Ford Fairlane or who could forget my '78 Datsun B210...

Thank you. Yes, I do remember the Fairlane and the Datsun. The Fairlane was as big of an issue as teh Datsun. With the Fairlane, we wouldn't get stuck in some town like we could with the Datsun. :-)

Oh yes...we'd pull into Windom, park at our favorite Gas Station for snacks... and SOMETIMES would forget to leave the engine running...SHIT! We were doomed until the engine cooled down...although sometimes snow was available!:-) Strange car (DON'T TURN...the key off...SHIT!) It was easier when we had to start it with a screwdriver!!:-)No chance of slipping up then, but by that time with even higher miles then before, the car would just die by the side of the road and require a tow truck...DAMN IT!
