Man, starting to get just a little warm here. Today the tempature is supposed to be up around 102 degrees Fahrenheit (39 Degrees Celcius). Luckily that is after it cooled off from yesterdays 114 Degrees Fahrenheit (46 Degrees Celcius). And I was almost starting to sweat. But we will really get hot when in July it get to be about 140 Degrees

Hey man,
Can't you ask politely to go back to Germany?
That is a really shitty place to be in anytime of year to be sure.
I just wish all you folks could just go back to your families and not have to stress so much.

I don't know. That is the threat that my 1SG keeps using. If someone is not doing what he wants he threatens to send them back to Germany. I wonder if he is expecting us to drop down on our knees and beg him "no, anything but that, don't send me back, no, show mercy!" Yeah right. Now I am here doing what ever I can, and am not looking for excuses to send me back. The Army, and the USA say they need me here so I am here. But if they came up to me tomorrow and told me they had to send me back, I would be on the plane before they could change thier minds. Why don't you threaten me that I can't eat MREs anymore that I will just have to settle for hot meals.

Blow dryers?

Man, last night I went out around 11pm and the wind was gusting. It felt like someone was following you around with a hair dryer on high constantly blowing on you. I have never felt wind that hot. Wind is supposed to feel good not burn you. Whats worse is when the wind blows like that it always causes a sand storm. And it hasn't even really started getting hot here they say.
