I think "compromised" as in "reduced in quality, value or degree". That or maybe she meant compatible... :)

This is a boring opinion but I think she may have meant compromised in the sense of smitten, taken, attracted -- in context. A sort of cute interpretation of "compromised". Got her email? (jk)
