166 started and weekend
166 gained a little more but just started last night to so could be that. So Sticking to one meal a day and that will be dinner because most people here eat with each other and they go out a lot I am hoping A and her kids go to Ohio this weekend yes leaves one more person here but I can restrict better and may be able to fast this weekend without ( Read more... ) -

163.8 bmi 30.9 getting there . was 167 bmi of 31.6. Can not wait to hit 130's again I will feel so much better then down down down I go :) hoping to be in or under 130's in August. not to happy I gained .4 im thinking water weight or something since close to that time but as long as I lose 1-2lb tomorrow I will be ok -

I know its not good I told myself id stop but in 17 days now I have had over 50 laxatives not a lot compared to most people who abuse them but enough to where the bile from my gallbladder is going through me fast but I am going down and I know it fucks me up more by doing this. Got my scale so fucking happy not happy with number as I have just about put on 8lb since the last time I weighed. But I also know its going down I also measured and around the fattest parts to. Never did my waist will I did but I did note right it down as I measure hips more because I where my pants there so my stomach without stuck in is 40 hips ( Read more... ) -
