Yesterday i looked around my apartment and thought to myself "this place looks really dead and lonely, i should remedy that"

So i bought a bird. His name is petey pablo and he's a lutino lovebird and he looks like this:

Valentines day was surprisingly nice this year. I received a lot of really thoughtful (and really unexpected) gifts including: an orchid from the boy who currently holds my heart, a chinese calligraphy calender, an amazing benny goodman record set, a journal to jot my crazed thoughts in, a truckload of candy, and several beautiful cards ( Read more... )

I'm working almost 50 hours this week because i'm too nice sometimes and i feel bad saying "no" when someone asks me to cover their shift. However, when i get a little down while i'm making 9 billion frappuccinos for cardinal neumann punks i think of how i'm making a lot of money.
