Got a little bit of sleep last night. Was still having the panic attacks so mum had to stay right outside the bathroom door until she could open it :/ but my medication increase seems to have helped a little. I haven't panicked as much. Well, the funeral went ok. Actually no, it went great, the best it could have done. It was very sad when they first brought the coffin out. I know it sounds depressing but it's just so hard to think of someone that has been such a close family friend in a box. Got up this morning absolutely shattered. My eyes are stinging, they've gone all red and swollen like they do when you get hayfever, except with me it's just lack of sleep.
