Good effort, you have potential in imagery as the passion is there. I can see you at some point refining the presentation in a way no one has ever expressed before.

I especially liked the realism impact of the thought "Crying doesn't make it better/Screaming makes it all the same"

So true - but how to make the thought rip through the reader as if they've been shown something for the first time?
