Omg, Once Upon a Forest. Every time I watch that, I think it's going to have a sad ending even though I've seen it a million times. How does that work? Great cartoon. They don't make stuff like that anymore D=

I haven't seen Once Upon a Forest in over a decade :0 but I just saw a link to it randomly and remembered what a good movie it was. I loved those old animal shows like the Secret of NIMH where they actually got kind of serious in parts.

In truth, I haven't watched in awhile, but I've seen it enough times that I can remember the gist of it. I remember the weirdest stuff.

It's interesting how they would get serious, because things are so sugar coated for kids now. Not that everything should be raw and realistic, but there was a nice balance in those movies back then. I used to love Fivel Goes West too.
