I'd say there was a bug around, but it have to be world wide for you and me to get it. I spent the better part of Sunday morning stuck in the toilet. Naturally I got better by Monday so I could get to work. Yay.
Endling is setting something similar up on DevArt where critque and other stuff will be given by uni grads and whatnot.

Yeah, I heard about that..I may do it. I have this concern that they won't be able to help me beyond saying "get better at anatomy". Still, you can't win if you don't play, right?
Thanks dude :^) Yo and I have the sam e problem. it's a cycling thing, I call it The Doubt. Last time I just let it through I was catatonic for three months and lost my whole summer. I may have a serious problem, haha. Feeling better already though!
You pretty much said what I was going to say ... you've come SO FAR. Those 'effortless' pieces youve been doing the last few entries are SUPERIOR to things you did in the past, and you just did those for fun!!!
Just keep at it, and dont worry about missing a few classes, you're sick!
You have improved. I always just blame it on the fact that we all progress at different speeds. We'll all get to that magical level of art eventually, it's all just time and practice. The Doubt gets us all sometimes though, I know :/ I just try to concentrate my art and only my art when it happens. That way I don't get bogged down by looking at all the amazing people on dA.
