after over two weeks of me actually trying to gain weight. ive failed to do so and instead somehow lost a few pounds....it doesnt make sense...i eat ALL the time. i stopped looking at lables and everything. i dont knwo what to do. i feel weak and tired all the time.i get cold and bruise and bleed real easy. im dizzy right now. and i keep freaking ( Read more... )

stress makes you loose weight.

Don't try and eat a lot of junk food because that's not a healthy way to gain weight. This kid I know wants to build muscle, so he eats a lot of protien and complex carbs or something. Maybe try that? Or ask your doctor since I'm really not sure.

Anyway, I hope you start feeling better. ♥

Don't think about it, just eat like normal (minus the fat free stuff you were all about) and add more protein and bread (wheat is better for you but white bread will make you gain weight faster)
Even when I tried, I couldn't gain weight.. so maybe your body just likes being that size so you should focus on being healthier (the whole balanced diet thing, you know) thennn you'll start feeling better, unless you're getting sick or something. yo no se!

thank you for the advise as well, i feel better now. yea i stopped the fat free crap. i like my size now its just my moms worried about me too and i dont want her to worry. plus if i eat healthier, ill have more energy.
