wow, that made me cry too. I hope its real, it would be a shame for somebody to try to fake the last words of a person like Hunter Thompson

Brilliant fake indeed! If it is from Thompson, I suspect he was leaving us with one final kick to the head (re: watergate) that's as much brilliant fuckery as truth. It would be what we deserve. I may have mixed feelings about his death, but this is undeniably raw and sad.

If it's not Thompson, it's almost as startling. The words and tone are pure Thompson and whoever this guy or gal is, they have a gift.
