I'm sorry things have been such a struggle, and I know how that can be. When my meds haven't been working for my depression, I run into a lot of this: feeling tired and apathetic, lacking initiative and follow-through. These are often the most visible side-effects of depression, but they are just as often unrecognized as being part of depression, which doesn't help.

I hope things are looking up for you soon.
