He woke up late, as usual, a day off was supposed to be like that. Stretching, Saga left their disheveled bed to saunter into the living room, scratching his naked and rather hungry belly.
There was a little snow on the window sill outside, a patch of baby blue up in the sky here and there. Saga pushed a few wavy strands out off his eyes. There were sounds coming from the bathroom, so he headed for it. He pushed the slightly ajar door open with one finger, leaning his body lazily against the frame.
There he was, Shou, bent down in front of the laundry machine, one hand inside of it, stuffing it with colorful clothes. He looked up at the other, slightly surprised, soon smiling.
"Good morning, sweetheart." He said, standing up, pushing his thick framed glasses into place.
"'Morning." The other answered, approaching him, wrapping arms around Shou's waist.
There was a soft chuckle and a hand on his back, warm and welcome. Saga nuzzled Shou's neck for a moment before he sighed and let his forehead rest on the other's shoulder.
"I love you."
