"Out!" Ruki voice was hard. "Get the fuck out!"
"Ruki, wait, listen!" Reita tried but the other already took his bag and threw it out into the hallway.
"I'm done with listening. You leave now!" Shaking with anger he stood in the open door. "Get the fuck up and leave!"
"No." He did get up, yes.
"What?" Ruki balled his hands into tight fists, black painted nails digging into flesh.
Reita grabbed Ruki by his wrists and pulled, making him almost trip and kicked the door shut. "I don't want to leave." He would get his bag later.
The vocalist shook his hands free. "I don't care about what you want!" He yelled, anger making his teeth grit.
"You do!" Reita yelled back. "You do and you know it! What is wrong with you?"
"Wrong? Nothing is wrong with me! I'm only angry, as you can guess!" A glass of their previously shared drink came crashing down to Reita's feet. Ruki was red with anger, filled with the urge to destroy things, to hurt Reita like he just hurt him, but, no, he couldn't do it.
Reita took a deep breath. He'd never seen the other like this, pacing and growling like a caged animal. "Why are you so upset?" Stay calm. Don't push too hard.
Ruki stopped, arms raised in exasperation. "You fucking accused me that I don't-" He turned around, arms crossed in front of his chest, finger digging deep into his sides, tearing at his red and black checkered shirt.
"That you don't what?" The blond inquired.
"You know." Quieter.
Reita pushed a hand through his hair. "I do know, so speaking it out won't hurt me."
Ruki seemed to shake, his back bending forwards, hair cascading his face. "I don't have to. It's just words. You won't believe me anyway."
"If something doesn't turn out the way you wanted it to, try again and try harder! If you can't say those three words, be that way. A simple yes or no is all I need just to know how you feel." And all he'd done was asking.
Reita waited. All he could do was watching how fingers moved, clenched and dug. It wasn't easy for the other, he had thought that for a while already. He wasn't stupid.
He reached out his arm. "Please, Ruki-"
"Yes."
His hand stopped just an inch above his shoulder.
"Yes what?"
And Ruki turned around, face down, his own hand reaching for Reita's.
"Yes, I love you."
