"Nao, come to bed." Tora, dressed in colorful boxers, cooed while he leaned against the door frame of Nao's little office at home.

"No, not yet." He mumbled in a sleepy drawl. Tora could see how he blinked his eyes more often, having to fight with the lack of focus that takes over him when he gets too tired.

"You'll drop asleep on your laptop." He sighed. "Again."

"I need to finish this paperwork." The last word got abused by a hearty yawn and more blinking for tiny tears forming in his eyes.

"You can do that tomorrow, too." He didn't like how hunched Nao already looked. Tora couldn't even make up what Nao responded, it was just some sleepy, incoherent grumbling. He had enough. He walked over to the drummer.

"Time for bed!" He spoke in a soft voice and picked his lover up into his arms. "See? You can't even bring up enough energy to struggle me off." Tora chuckled as the cradled Nao yawned and almost immediately slumped against his chest. He switched off the office' light with his elbow. Tora carried the drummer into his bedroom and sat him down on the mattress.

First he took off Nao's glasses. "Arms up." Sweater, socks, jeans and boxers were pealed from the swaying body, making Tora snort. He's so adorable sometimes.

He crawled up onto the bed and lay down, throwing his own boxers onto the pile of clothes he just made. "Now come here." Nao smiled drowsily and fell into Tora open arms, aligning his body with the taller's and rested his head on the offered shoulder. He sighed, feeling cozy and safe.

"So, is this so bad you'd prefer to work until you pass out?"

"Nah... way better." He sighed again, relaxing with Tora's hand drawing patterns on his bare back. "Hmm, I love you."

Smiling, the guitarist kissed Nao's crown before he turned off the dim lamp on the nightstand. The advantages of sharing a bed, as simple as they were, they are worth living for. Warmth, proximity, intimacy, love. He closed his eyes and bathed in a feeling that dwelt inside his as he focused on Nao's even breathing. He couldn't give that feeling a name, but knew he would hold on to it.

Yes, I know, I was supposed to write a Pon/Aki/Uruha threesome, but watching my husband sleep is too good. I had to write this.
