Not that I would be an expert at all on this, but the same thing happened to me a few years ago. It had to do with an electrolyte imbalance. While this is an eating thing in most cases it can also be caused by quite a few other factors. I would doubt anemia because that takes time to redevelop the red blood cells.
Then again, there is no such thing as treating someone based off of syptoms. There have to be tests.
BTW, I would be careful who you tell. If you have something like this happen to you, your driver's licence can be taken away for 6 months to a year.
