I am all about backtagging. Life outside the arpee lands can interfere with doing things in a timely fashion, it happens to all of us. To be honest, I will happily continue threads for weeks and weeks if we're both having fun-- and unless the post is time sensitive with a set ending tag in late, too! It's all good.

YES FOREVER YES. Jenna flirts like she breathes.

Awesome. If you're a friend she's the type for it, anyway; and if not, 'ummmmmmmmmmmm why the touching rn' flailing is always great to play out.

Cheek kisses from friends are awesome. Anything less platonic will be gently (or not so gently, depending on the situation) shot down, as Jenna is Part of A Couple.

She wouldn't cheat on Alaric without serious guilt and it would need basically the perfect storm of crap to make it happen in the first place, so for now let's go with no. Unless your name is Alaric, in which case you can get it, son.

Friendships, always; romantic... well. Jenna is part of a canon couple, and while if her partner wasn't in-game there is always potential for finding something new, it would take a while.

As long as it's worked out beforehand, I'm game. However: Jenna is a vampire with impulse control that's a littttttttttle shoddy so care should be taken.

I would have to think long and hard about the IC fallout of death for myself as a player and for the people playing Jenna's castmates, so it's not something I'd likely sign up for on a whim. I won't discount the possibility, but it's not likely.

I'd prefer any future canon details to be kept away from her (see: the hybrid arc, or general outcome of season three so far) unless it's cleared with me first? Fourth walling is... not usually my favorite, so let's go with no fourth walling on her. I may change this, but for now let's say nada.

NOW FOR THE STUFF YOU REPLY TO.
AS YOU MAY KNOW ALREADY: Jenna is a vampire from the Vampire Diaries series.
What this means is she has a bunch of shiny powers and special dietary needs. The most relevant bits are:
❧ She needs blood to survive and not turn into a mummy-type creature of horrors tucked like a super macabre and realistic Halloween decoration in a corner somewhere.
❧ She can do what TVD calls compulsion: it's essentially vampire mind control. Provided a character isn't on vervain, in theory Jenna could make them do anything she wants them to. Creepy, but think of all the saved money she could help trying to quit smokers get back.
BUT DO NOT FEAR Jenna is a: a babyvamp and thus not real boned up on vampire powers and b: really really really suuuuuuuper determined not to bite/compel people.
...Which doesn't mean she won't ever go there, of course. I categorically don't want to run a THROATS NEARLY RIPPED OUT, CRAZY VAMPIRE plot but if you're interested in your character being bitten with less near-death-- willingly or not-- we can definitely plot it out.
Now, for the second part of this: THE NOT-SO-DREADED CANON NERFING. Maybe your character isn't human! Maybe they're immune to mind control. Maybe they control minds themselves, who knows. I will never ever just assume Jenna can use her powers on a character unless the player says YEAH, IT'D WORK. (And I'd never have her use them at all in general without go-ahead, but that's obvious.)
Essentially: if you don't know how Jenna's abilities would affect your character, let's chat! A case by case basis is A+.
