Been spending the past few days and some last week at the comp and never thought to update. UNI summer camp aka "Around the World Tour, 2005" starts monday and I'm finalizing all my lessons and recipes. Naturally I'm in charge of the cooking curriculum. Un-naturally I'm supposed to do one lesson on Ethiopian cooking and I'm a little intimidated
