I don't like being sick.  I haven't been sick in years, and I feel miserable.  Yuck.

Other than that, I'm looking forward to 2 weeks off of school (paid!).  How sweet.  I'm hoping to get a lot of relaxing done.

I love the snow!  Driving in it isn't as fun cause people suck at driving in general.  But the snow itself... WEEEEE!  I even got to shovel! =P

I'm feeling unusually festive this year.  I think being around all sorts of kids helps out a lot.  Our tree is up already!

Not enough snow unfortunately.  We tried. =)

My husband needs to get home NOW.  I'm sick of being a single mom.  It really fucking sucks.  I don't know how women can do it full-time.  He went deer hunting for 6 days.  Almost a week.  Bah.  Where do I get to go for 6 days?  Where ever it is, I'd better have sand beneath me and a drink in hand.

I believe there are events that occur in our life to tell us that we're on the path we're supposed to be on.  They're subtle, but if you're aware and know what to look for, you'll see them.  They generally come in the form of coincidences.  Many people brush them off as nothing.  I like to think of them as telling me that I'm doing something right ( Read more... )

I had a student bring bullets to school.  I can't imagine...

I took Roman up to the school play ground this afternoon; he loves it.  While we were there, the daycare I used to work for arrived with a whole slew of children.  It was so strange being around all of those kids I once worked with.  A few of them actually remembered me, but most were too young.  It was still pretty neat.  Roman had a blast ( Read more... )
