Yeah, I guess missing sleep gets you nowhere on physical strength, huh? I've found out the same thing.
Don't wanna sound like a mom or anything, but drinking=bad. Pills to keep you going (caffeine, I'm assuming?)=bad. Do neither and stay clean and you'll be much better off :)
speaking as someone who uses a lot of caffeine i'm on some right now come to think of it, stupid physics, it doesn't really alter your mind that's just when you don't have enough in ur system, yes that seems weird but really it's when ur tired that u'll start acting weird, take another pill and u'll act more normal, of course it will mess up ur lifting but it gets out of ur system pretty quickly speaking of which i'm going to go get another

That's why I can't afford to have too many mind-altering substances in my body for a while.
