Indiana - wet and cold.

Illinois - friendly.  except the toll system made me want to murder someone.

Iowa - yawn.

Missouri - see Iowa.

Kansas - smelly.  not as friendly as Illinois.

Oklahoma - surprising number of oil wells.  potholes.

Texas - flat.  pretty.

New Mexico - windy.  desolate.  beautiful.
