i love my new apartment, but i have way too many things. amazing how i want to get rid of stuff when the apartment is so big, but i do. i want to become minimal. how does one do that? but my roommate is such a messy person.. all the closets are jampacked with things, things that have probably been there his entire time living in the place. i ( Read more... )

hey thanks for the pictures and the card! it was very sweet. is this the apartment that will be partially vacant come spring?

why yes, yes it is! i think it would make a great three bedroom, if i can find two other people who would work well in the setup (it is a railroad with two entrances). but the space makes up for this. and there is only one other apartment in the building.
seriously, i am in love with this apartment!

well then i would like to come visit and check it out. then if it all works out, we can work out a plan, or rather, i can work out a plan for moving there.
