i want to know what i can eat i mean i kinda started today and ive been starving, all i ate were some baby carrots with ranch and some spinish pasta

start off with things that you use to eat just minus the meat. you can also buy the soy patties and stuff like that at heb.

yea i know but my mom dones twant to help and i dont have the cash for that so i hae to work with what i have fruits and veggies and does shrimp count? like can i eat that cause vegetarian is not eating anything with a face and shrimp dont have faces......?
