so having two kids is finally starting to sink its teeth into my neck! i could not play DDR tonight to save my life because carter would start freaking out and then nathan would start. ahhhhh! it was horrible. and its like i can't find time to get anything i want done during the day. we're up by 10, me earlier of course. and im playing with carter

You nerd, haha the baby has a diaper rash because of the boobmilk. They have these wipes by the breast feeding company Lanisol that work really well, also I used Pampers Sensitive wipes on Elliott, and still do. Um, and get him some butt paste! they have it at Taget, and I love it.

oh i didn't know that causes diaper rash. his rash isn't severe but i can see a little bit by his tiny crack. lol. i use huggies wipes. and i was given some care bear wipes, i think that's the brand and they're like super duper soft. i'll have to try that if it gets worse. we're using balmax right now and it seems to be working.

No, he doesn't have a rash because of the milk itself, it's just that breastfed babies tend to poo poo a lot, and therfore it makes their butts red. Huggies wipes are not gentle enough for little bitty babies that are breastfed mainly because of the fragrance in them. That's why I suggested the pampers sensitve wipes, or the Lanisol ones. Or even better using one of those soft baby wash cloths with warm water and letting his little bum bum air dry.

When I breast fed Russell he wouldn't poo but once a week. So, I looked online and it said that it was very common. Seems like you have the exact opposite. They said that the babies don't poo because the milk has so much pure nutrients that everything is absorbed in the body. That's so funny and cute about Carter wanting some b.milk. You should take a picture of him with his mouth open facing your chest!
