So, we're heading to the airport tomorrow around 8:30 p.m. Our flight leaves at 12:40 a.m. I really really hope both of my kiddos sleep the whole time! We change flights twice too. This is soo going to suck! Im checking 3 luggages and 1 carseat. Im bringing Nathan's carseat on the plane and holding Carter. I really hope he lets me hold him

I traveled with Ben a few times when he was 3 mos old. I did the car seat once and then I did the over the shoulder baby strap on thingy where they hang out on your front. Well that was THE best way to travel cuz I didn't have to fuss with holding him WHILE seated (pain in the ass) he just hung out on my lap. It was the best thing for plain traveling with a small baby.
I know you've got your plans but if Carter walks... My suggestion is his car seat so you don't have to hold him the whole time and then a umbrella stroller for him. You virtually wouldn't have to worry about Nathan at all cuz hed be attached all the time.
Its just an idea.

i thought about that too. but nathan doesn't like the carrier and i have to bring my double stroller. and im at max for checked baggage and i don't want to pay. im thinking if carter won't let me hold him, i can put him in nathan's seat while i hold nathan and the stewartist can take my car seat and put it up front. but thanks!
