Men kill a rogue wolf in the woods out of hatred, a hatred based on fear because humans despise anything they cannot control or understand, especially when it thinks like them. A species arrives, a species who can only kill, consume, kill and consume again with no more natural threats.

In shorter words: killing the apex predator has come to bite you in your ass.
