This article  on a recent study published about the removal of hearts from severely brain damanged babies taken off life support to transplant in babies who need them is disturbing on many levels.

1) What they don't tell you. 
a) what constituted 'life support'. Was it pulmonary, or was it also stomach tubes, IVs, etc.

I'll try to take a peek at it when my child stops destroying the door blinds. I glanced at the title of the media article then didn't bother to read it - inevitably there's bias and insufficient data in media articles.
