i can speak from experiance that the parents ARENT always there. I had a girlfriend 5 years ago who was involved in a car accident. she had to be airlifted! Sure the mom was there for a day, and even then was drinking IN the hospital. i woke up the next morn, the mom wasnt there. nor did she show up in the following weeks, even at her release. since the mother wasnt there, and the gal was a minor, her grandparents had to pick her up. since then shes been with them up in naples. some people jus arent made to be parents

I know they aren't always there, but it never fails to shock me when they aren't.

YES IT IS TRUE SOME PEOPLE JUST ARENT MADE TO BE PARENTS.........UNFORTUNATELY FOR THOSE CHILDREN THEY HAVE TO GO THRU THAT .....I AM SORRY FOR YOUR GIRLFRIEND....I HOPE SHE IS DOING BETTER WITH HER GRNDPARENTS NOW.....THE BIGGEST PROBLEM THAT I SEE IS THAT THE MAJORITY OF THE PARENTS HAVE FORGOTTEN WHAT IT IS TO BE A TEENAGER AND DONT GIVE THEIR KIDS THE UNDERSTANDING THAT THEY ARE LOOKING FOR I AM A MOTHER OF 3 AND I HAVE NOT OR NEVER WILL FORGET WHAT IT IS TO BE A TEENAGER ...
