That was one intense ride. I love the Nate/Gerard backstory and the way it was hidden, and yet so present in all of their lives. You still have it in you to make me feel physically ill with your stories. This was a perfect example, with so much heartache and pain. And I wouldn't be writing a comment if the ending was bad, I would be holding back tears and needing days before I got over the story. But this ending I like better. It makes me smile, just knowing they're allright now. Thank you! You used some interesting characters and I'm glad I didn't have to endure another Pete, William or Gabe. Brandon and Nate are more real to me. Laila, this story is awesome. It's one of the best you've written, old or new. That also makes me happy. This is the only bigbang I've read so far, and it was the best choice I could've made. You're an amazing writer. love to our boys and to you x
I am listening to I don't love you on repeat,. mostly because I love that song an incredible amount, but also because it has a sense of wistful melancholia that I adore. I am not sure why I am saying this, probably because I love "talking" to you, and because I know you will understand my rambling and the way I get "transported" by music and passions.
This story is truly yours. It started with something completely different and then Frank just took my hand and whispered to my ear, Damn you woman, you promised Elke a happy ending! And so it twisted and turned across sad and happy, ridiculous and fluffy, until Frank had his happy ending and Gerard too.
