I'm looking for feedback on the fifteen icons below the cut. Concrit is welcomed. Don't hold back. You can comment annonymously if you'd wish. I'm putting these up for havers to give me feedback on, but I'll take anyone's feedback. So... (and you don't have to comment about each one. I'm looking for ways to improve.)

I think your icons are very good. And I like #6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11,13 and 14 the best.
I'm not sure what #15 is of though.

#15 is a crystal ball held up in the sunlight. lol. i guess i chose that one because of the crop/colors.

#01: I really like the change of grey to blue in the background. The way Alex's hair glows over the dark right side is amazing. The only point I would change is her red left face side.
#02: Wonderful crop and I adore b&w icons. Maybe only add a tiny bit more contrast, brightness to her face.
#03: Mhm, what a moment, but the icon is a bit too noisy for me. The very sharp gratifies take my attention away from the not sharp/good to see Alex
#04: I don't like Bobby's expression here but the crop is well done. His skin is a tiny bit too green for my taste ;o)
#05: Much better skin color, wonderful crop, beautiful icon. With a little more brightness it would be perfect.
#06: Yummy
#07: great crop
#08: great crop as well. I also like the placing of the text.
#09: Daryl could be a bit sharper but the coloring is awesome.
#10: LOVE, I thought of doing such an icon as well.
#14: Beautiful, great arrangement.
#15: Oh yes, the crystal ball challenge was fun.

#1 i feel is too grainy. and the color needs to be muted in some spots but its great in others.
#2 needs more contrast. her face is too dark
#3 needs something to pop eames out of the background and make her stand out
#4 his palor is off making him look greeny like you said
#5 i love this icon. the color is just beautiful. no complaints
#6 - #8 i adore because the b & w is how i like it to be.
#9 needs more definition so that Daryl pops out of the background and isn't washed out into it
#10 i don't have complaints of this one either
#11 i love the soft muted colors :D
#12 eh. i could do better all the way around
#13 again i love the soft muted colors
#14 the crop is good
#15 i love the coloring but you can't really tell what the object is so...eh

i have always loved your icons, however I will give concrit on what I would do. Don't think I don't love your work, if I didn't I wouldn't bother with a comment much less 15 of them

Remind me about this post and I'll try to give some tumbs up when I got a bit more time, today is just crazy busy.
