Halloween Costume

I need a costume designer....no, not for me, for the short stack. I am thinking about getting her something made, but right now I just need to get someone who can put together a design. Construction will come later because she'll be a different size in October.

What sort of costume are we talking? How old is short stack these days? :)

The short stack is 2.5 years old. She is in love with Tinkerbell everything. Anyway, she met Tinkerbell and one of the other pixies on a trip to Disneyland. We asked her what her pixie name was and she said pixie Cupcake. So we'd like to get a costume design that we could then get made to turn her into pixie Cupcake :)

What's her favorite color? Is she a fan of pink like most little girls? Does she actually LIKE cupcakes? What kind - chocolate, vanilla, etc. :)
