Riza Hawkeye was running-- darting around the corner, gun raised to her cheek ready to fire. There was no time to waste, they were on the cusp of all they've worked for

Needless to say, Kresnik was a bit surprised to see an unfamiliar female holding a gun by her side. Judging by her uniform, the commander concluded that she must be part of a military too. With the exception of Sariel, Kresnik did not know any other female soldier in the City. Although he did not recognize her outfit, that is something to be expected by now. He walked over to her and gave a small nod in greeting.
"...I'm right to assume that you are part of the military, right?"

Riza held her gun a little tighter as this strange man walked up to her. He looked like he was in uniform, but it certainly wasn't the outfit of Amestrian troups, or Drachman, or any other military she knew of.
"Perhaps." He didn't seem threatening, but she wasn't about to let her guard down.
Sho sat on a roof above the soldier, grinning at the idea of a new player in his game. Of course, being future Composer of the City, he had to give her a proper welcome.
"ATTENTION, MILITARY MONOMIAL!" he shouted through his trademark blue megaphone. "WELCOME TO MY CITY!"
Sho brought the megaphone down to let out a chuckle, but only briefly. He didn't appear to be at all intimidated by the rifle in the woman's hands. "What's the matter? Can't handle the values?"
She certainly wasn't impressed by the obnoxious antics of the mathematician. "I just don't think it's necessary to welcome people by megaphone. A face to face introduction would be a lot more effective," suggested Riza.
It was the second time this week he'd forgotten to get something from the store - even though he'd gone to get groceries just this morning and the day before - last time it was bread, this time it was milk. Apollo grumbled to himself, irritated at his own forgetfulness. Though he wasn't in much of a rush to get back to his apartment, Apollo walked quickly down the street, rummaging through his grocery back to make sure he'd gotten everything this time. He wasn't exactly watching where he was going, but he knew it didn't matter much anyway. After all, with so few people in the City, even if there was someone around, it wasn't as if they couldn't easily avoid running into him

Of course, his cry didn't prevent Riza from pointing the gun at him anyways. It was just reflex, really; she whirled to face the sound with her gun still raised. Only when she saw that the boy really was unarmed did she lower the rifle.
"Excuse me. I didn't mean to frighten you," Riza apologized, a little ashamed that she'd alarmed an innocent civilian.

"...I'm Commander Kresnik of Brionac." The blond seemed to be a bit stern, so he offered some information. "...You are in the City right now."
