i feel really sorry for all the poor coppers who get lumped in with the dick heads responsible for this and the other violence that happened. did you see the guy videod beating some guy up with his truncheon who had taken his numbers off his uniform?

true, but you're making the assumption that all the officers who saw the events just stood by and let it happen, which i don't think is true. certainly with the case of the poor guy in this picture, all those officers were to blame. but there were a lot of acts that were carried out when there was a lot going on, probably so that other officers wouldn't notice.
