That's outrageous. They will let other religions wear their head coverings, etc, but a ring isn't allowed? :/

Who is she hurting by wearing the ring? No one that's who.
Refraining from sex should be the only thing they stress in schools, no sex ed, just abstinence. There only needs to be a short chapter in a science/health class about it. Not an entire class. It's a waste of time. Schools don't need to teach children how to fornicate better so they can escape the consciences. It's not working anyway. AIDS is a pandemic, one in four people have herpes, and a myriad of other std's.
It's just not worth risking your health and life over to have premarital sex.
