"I put some new shoes on and suddenly everything is right"

Yesterday, I went to Sports Basement to buy some new shoes for work.

Pictures, and a story that might be TMI )

Now that right there is one of the main reasons I am happy to be able to call you a good friend.

An LJ entry with sneaker fetishes, orgasms, knitting and cuteness of Kookie.

Oh, whats this Noe Knit I see?

Well, I'm nothing if not eclectic. Noe Knit is the yarn store a few blocks from my house. It's right across the street from the bar where my knitting group meets. More and more, I love my neighborhood. =)

That dog looks SOO pleased!

Debbie Bliss is nice yarn. Which yarn store? Imagiknits?

Noe Knit. It's just a few blocks from my house. It's smaller than Imagiknit, but the selection is pretty decent, and they have a nice space for classes, and it's way convenient, AND it's where most of my knitting group shops.

Debbie Bliss IS nice yarn. I'm just doing my test swatch now, but I already just want to curl up with it, and suck my thumb. So soft.

As for Kookie, just wait until I get around to knitting a doggie hoodie with that same yarn...then he'll be pleased. =P

Kookaburra sits in half-made scarf, when he's merry, he goes arf.
Arf, Kookaburra; Arf, Kookaburra: gay your master be.

He's so freakn' cute!

I love the pattern, too.
