“Hello?” comes Jongin’s frantic voice. “Jongdae can you please pick me up? I’m at the hospital.”

Ever since I tore my ligament the same time Jongin did I have infinitely tripled my feels for him. So reading pics of his injury always hurt a little more, maybe its me being overly emotional or sentimental, IDK. But I did adore how optimistic the feeling around his injury is, and even though Jongdae is reluctant to help he is aware of the intensity of what this means to Jongin. I liked this part of the friendship, even if Jondae won’t ever admit it openly, he cares a lot .

“Did you always suck this much at parking?” remarks Jongin. “Did you always suck this much at dancing?” -OUCH but hilarous, because it sets up their dynamic nicely.

Jongdae doesn’t have the optimism to chase a dream like that. Sometimes, when he works closing time shifts and he stands alone in the dimming room of the florist, he wishes that he was as good at songwriting as Jongin was at dancing, so he could do what he loved too. -THE REALNESS right here. OKAY SO

1) FREAKING friendship dynamics. I love the ease of the push and pull, though its mostly just shoving of innocent cushions. You can someone feel the history between the two with how nothing is taken in the wrong manner and there is no bite between (potentially mean) words.

2)Junmyeon is so soft, Jongdae totally needs someone soft given how rough the outside world can be. And a man who still buys flowers, <3 <3 <3 ( ... )

what did i do to deserve an angel like you ;; i just need to take a deep breath to take in this AMAZING LONG COMMENT like woAH i never could have dreamed that ppl would have this much to say about anything that i wrote/good thoughts about it so thank you so so so so much <3 ppl like you are the reason writers keep on writing

you tore your ligament?? oh no :(( i hope you're much better now, i once had a friend who tore her ligament and the injury never fully went away so she had to discontinue sport bc she kept hurting herself.

i have always loved the snarky characterisation of jongdae, with crude humour but a wonderful, good heart deep down so i reflected that here...i also love fun friendships filled w/ banter but are extremely loyal deep down <3 my absolute goal in life ( ... )
