Tired, drunk, and only 20hrs sleep in 5 days. I feel ill to the point of death, yet conversely awesome. Will post later. Caio Bella!

So excited. This time tomorrow i shall be prancing around St Mark's square, becoming one with the pidgeon hordes. Everything's packed... now its just a case of becoming a paranoid wreck and making sure i havent forgotten anything that could cause many an angry tear to flow (wallet, euros, passport etc).

What a bloody surprise that Scorsese won Best Directer and The Departed won best film. In fact, my ability to see beyond the realms of time and space enabled me to predicted this 'shock' win nigh-on a month ago.
