The sound of the door opening caused him to raise his head. "Asch...?" he called softly, glad that the other was back with the medicine. He felt a bit bad about making Asch care for him like this, but as much as he hated to admit it he really did need the help. There wasn't anyone else he'd trust to help him right now, either. Kratos was... well, they weren't friends anymore. Besides, Kratos had Jacky and Lloyd to worry about now.
It didn't matter anyway. Yuan didn't need anyone other than Asch...

"... Yuan......" He managed at a soft murmur, voice even thick with the guilt he felt. He should have gotten himself together before he came back, should have remembered that he hadn't gone out for himself. Even if he had been told he could die, that shouldn't have mattered. Yuan mattered, that was all...

Asch seemed to be hesitating. Was something wrong? "Asch?" he repeated curiously. "Is everything all right?"

"No...... I..." He lowered his head, "I'm... Such an idiot... I... Didn't get the medicine... I'll... Go get it now..." His voice slowly dropped in volume as he spoke, nearing a whisper as he finished, never turning away from Yuan as he felt his way to the doorknob with his fingertips.
