Yesterday I packed up the SUV 3 times with stuff and to it to the new house. Definitely made a dent in the small things. Afterwards did a little shopping and found SO many cute outfits for baby girl. We are officially homeowners! We bought it yesterday along with 6 acres. It was appraised higher than what we actually paid for it. And our mortgage with taxes and insurance is 200 less than what we are paying for rent. Great way to start off. Of course with upgrades it could only get better. Love feeling baby kicks! Can't wait to meet her in less than a few months. She is SO loved more than she'll ever know.

Had a girls day today. Bought cute things for little one, because of course I don't have enough, lies, lies. Had some Olive Garden for lunch, never such thing as too much! We went to go look at a house we had found online and at the time had not contacted a realtor yet. But it was empty so we peeped inside the windows we could see into. But of course couldn't see upstairs. We liked what we saw and made an appointment to finally see the inside. Brand new kitchen with brand new appliances that have yet to be used. ( Read more... )

Baby made out like a bandit for Christmas. Already got Christmas gifts and not even here till May. We still don't have a baby name picked out, well I do but it's a one way situation.
