Oy. It snowed...Monday night? That sounds right. It wasn't heaps of snow, but it was enough to make the hills really miserable and dicey. Oh yes. Driving up and down hills when the roads are slick is way dangerous. No fun at all. Glad to hear that you were able to get home safe. :)

Aw he's married? That stinks. Definitely takes the fun out of it. :(

Your phone just stopped working? Wow. I've never heard of that happening before. Hopefully you'll be able to keep your same number with a different phone, and then they'll be able to transfer all of your numbers onto that phone.

Oy! And sorry for not reading your third installment yet. It is most certainly in my plans to read it, for sure. And of couse, I'll leave feedback. :)

Iowa is flat as a third grader, of course it isn't scary to drive in snow there!

*lol* Hilarious but so true.

My memory might be deceiving me but I think we live in the same state, do we not? Monday night snow seems about right but then again, I could be completely wrong. I'm on drowsy cold-meds so it could be the meds talking. :P

Hope you can get a replacement for your phone soon. That really sucks that it just died on you like that.

TOTALLY TRUE!!! People from the midwest think they are snow driving gods!Funny that the midwest is flat as a pancake for the most part, and the roads are more prepared with daily drives by the salt trucks... tons of reasons! AND 4wd does NOT stop your tires from skidding on ice. I hate when people fly by on the freeway because they have 4wd. EFFING IDIOTS. IF you don't put bags of sand in the back of your truck, the light weight is still going to make you slide MORE than anyone in a normal sized car. *rolls eyes* Sorry, but I just hate most people who drive. LMAO (That's 95% of the population?) I get so worked up. **breathe breathe breathe**
