i was thinking of you yesterday, and wondering if you have ever tried roasted paprika? from spain? there is a sweet version (dulce) and a hot version. i LOVE the dulce! i use it on EVERYTHING.

I haven't, but I'll definitely look for it when I go buy more spices.

1. I miss seeing flood. like when you go out 1304--there where the old kceoc bldg is. wow. it floods hugely there. these flood pictures make me thing of eggleston & faulkner.

2. bread #3 (first on in the 2nd picture) looks most premium.

3. I like the cows lots. I favorited it on flickr. looks like the freidlanders I like--all hard skeleton.
