That's kind of good advice, but it doesn't say anything about how to actually go about getting to that point where you are doing what you want to be doing to the best of your abilities. If you are unhappy and unsatisfied, it is not always easy to tell what changes you need to make in order to feel happier. You have to dig deeply in order to do that. The ladies on Sex and the City were already at that point workwise and friendswise, were already doing what they wanted to be doing and were happy in many ways. This is good advice for people not there yet.
