Wolf Eyes the other night, SO INSPIRING! Picked up the supposedly out of print W.E./Wiese CD Equinox at the merch table, Woohoo! Ravenstrain, also from Detroit, opened the show. Really good. Yesterday, the same person who told me I am a weird kisser told me "You really know how to make fucking epic." I feel totally fine with being a weird kisser.

Last night I played at the Smell with Valet, Silentist, Bobby from the Ride and Neil Patrick HxC. I played pretty awful, but everyone else was so rad, esp. Silentist. My friend Alex turned to me afterwards and said "isn't it a bummer that there are 18 people here to witness history?" The way he said it showed he really meant it. I agree with him. ( Read more... )
