oh thank goodness. this saves me from asking you the same question she did!
i love these brushes but i couldn't figure out how to use them where the center is so dark~! and hides my images! lol

anyway, also to make it look 'more bold' I do this way:
stamp a brush on a new layer filled with white, select the black part and just delete it, without changing any blending modes or so=]
