Oh yes, that and omg did I have me some teritama, I type of teriyaki that I thought I'd be more or less okay with until I felt the octopus suction cups on my tongue and then died a little bit inside.

I finished them eventually, though.

I've been here a mere four days or so, and already I am spoiled by the relentless availability of curry.

So here's the skinny:

I'm in Japan, it's quite fascinating, I'm probably in over my head, and if I don't sleep right now I will simply sleep on the keyboard and that's not okay.

Yay! Home! A bed! A genuine bed, not a creaky couch circa 1992 or a constantly-deflating air mattress, no, a comfy bed full of bedful goodness. Ahhhh contentment.
