my grandfather is dying and i am sad.

i feel like i could do more.
i'm starting to regret.

this is the first death i've ever had to deal with.

i'm not doing so well.
and he's not even gone.
just thinking about it
brings me to tears.

Death isn't easy for anyone agirl_gonemad February 24 2006, 09:50:33 UTC
So don't feel bad for breaking down now, or for your mind latching on to the mourning process.

Unfortunately, I've had these experiences too frequently for my taste, so in the mean time - I'll be thinking and praying for you and your family.

Me too. I've had 5 deaths to deal with in the past two years.

my little brother died
i never met him
he was only in the world for about an hour

i still get upset.

it's healthier to get upset, than to just bottle up everything.

it's also good that you at least feel something about it. I wouldn't be too upset if my grandpa or grandma died, even though I've spent aobut 50% of my life with them.

it is very upsetting to lose a sibling, even if you never knew them.
how sad for your parents! :(

Ok my comment to you is just a question. What is your icon photo all about? Is that a man? Upside down? I am unsure..

it's a man upside down with his head in a trashcan.
it's funny but sad at the same time.
kind of a helpless thing.
