This probably would have been a more useful question for me to ask a couple weeks ago, but knowing it for the future can't hurt...

Is there a stable of sorts somewhere in Luceti?

I'm not quite sure, but they've repeated experiments before, so it's at least possible.

There have been a few people with mounts of different kinds who had separate shelters for their mounts. I believe the stable near my house is the only one with a few residents' animals.

The one between those two mentioned buildings, yes. I don't believe there is a larger one, since there had been no need until this last December or so.

Well hopefully there won't be a need for it any time soon, but I'm glad I know where it is now anyway.
